Tropical Plants Unlimited will not be responsible for items damaged during shipping
All items are inspected prior to shipping and are packed to travel safely and securely
All boxes leave our premises in perfect condition and out preferred carriers make every effort to deliver our goods in the same condition in which they received them.
If a package arrives that looks like it had been damaged, customers should either refuse delivery or get an acknowledgment in writing by the carrier that the box was damaged upon arrival.
In the case of multiple boxes per shipment, boxes are marked as in the following examples: “1 of 6” or “2 of 3”
Shipping damages and/or shortages should be identified by the carrier at the time of delivery.
Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for all orders being returned.
We regret that returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Freight will not be reimbursed.
